Below you will see how easy our fundraisers are for both parents and coordinators.
Step 1 Activate
Please complete the form above and choose a date to run your school fundraiser. We have limited spots available and will close each spot as they fill up.
Step 2 Distribute and Sell
Before your fundraiser begins we will mail you our colorful printed handouts displaying the products available and email you an order form for you to print and send home for those who prefer not order online. On day 1 of your fundraiser, you can send the handouts and the order form home with students. Families can place orders for two weeks. Online and paper ordering is available.
(Schools that run both online and paper tend to earn on average 30% more then schools that offer only online ordering)
Step 3 Track and encourage
Throughout your fundraiser, I will be sending some helpful tips on how to increase your sales and you can track your online progress!
Step 4 Final Steps
Collect and enter any paper orders you receive then sit back and relax. Orders are sent out approx. 2 weeks after your fundraiser ends and each order will come packaged and labelled with the student’s information on the front! There is a flat rate shipping charge of $29 that will be included on your statement.
